Hello Bloggers!
Hopefully most of you are doing well in our isolation from the germs!

Has most of you know, our teachers set us work for us to do, whilst we stay at home.. instead of going anywhere.
Well each week, expectations of a blog-post are there since we of course should keep up with our school work.
And that is where I'm at now, but this blog-post is reflecting on the Writing Activity of 'Breathing & Stress' so without further ado I'll get into showing you my Google Drawing I created to present my writing.

I found this different experience of writing but it allowed me to spill out all my thoughtful procedures onto a piece of writing. I find meditation really easy for myself, but not all the time I can sit still, normally I have to move myself and act out my storyboard in my head out loud.
How do you focus on relieving Stress? Are you a hard thinker, or an easy thinker? Would you consider yourself the calmest in the group?
Hope to see you soon with the next blog-post!
And make sure to stay safe!

Hi Nikita
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these ideas about breathing and stress.
In case you haven't noticed; I often find it hard to sit still and I am not always the calmest in the group. I have realised over the years that even though I may feel comfortable that my fidgeting can make others feel uncomfortable. So I do take take to breath and settle. I also love going for long walks.
I think it is great that you are thinking about ways to be calm and create at the same time. This is a wonderful combination. And if you practise now then when you have a head start if there is ever a time you find really stressful.
Kind regards
Mr R
Kia ora Nikita,
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful writing. I am really impressed with the quality of your writing. You use such interesting words. I also thought the topic of your writing was powerful and really allowed me to glimpse into your world for a moment.
I am also learning how to enjoy the stillness and silence. I am making space in this Rāhui to reflect and listen, as to always being busy and doing things.
Thanks for sharing your writing Nikita,
:) Mrs Spragg
